Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing The Brave Angler for your fishing adventure! We strive to provide you with an unforgettable experience, and we want to make your booking process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review our booking policy: Booking & Deposit All bookings for fishing trips with The Brave Angler must be made online through our website. A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your fishing trip. ***LIVE BAIT IS NOT INCLUDED. Live shiners are an addition fee of $20 per dozen, paid on the day of your booked trip. Please select the Live Shiner option on the booking form at time of booking so your guide may plan accordingly. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund of the $50 deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip, your $50 deposit a will be non-refundable. In the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or offer a full refund of your deposit. No-Show Policy In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled trip without prior notice, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your trip, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled date to avoid forfeiting your deposit. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability. Weather Conditions The Brave Angler reserves the right to cancel a trip due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. In such cases, the $50 deposit will either be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date. Florida Fishing License Each Angler is required to have an active Florida Freshwater Fishing License and show proof of status prior embarking on your guided trip. ***PRICE OF FISHING LICENSE IS NOT INCLUDED*** If you need to purchase a Florida Freshwater Fishing License, please reference the following: https://myfwc.com/license/recreational/how-to-order/. Liability Waiver Liability Waivers will be provided at the location and signed prior to embarking on your guided trip.
